We do not solicit, knowingly collector maintain any personal information from children. If you are not 18 years of age or older, you are not authorized to use the Site. - What information does Art+Culture collect?
So we are clear about the terminology we are using, when we use the phrase “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean contact information (e.g., name, address, email address, or telephone number) and any other non-public information that is used or intended to be used to personally identify an individual – as well as any information that is associated with such information. When we use the phrase “Anonymous Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean information that is neither used nor intended to be used to personally identify an individual.
(a) Personal Information. To register with the Site, you must provide us with your email address and password. Personal Information provided during the registration process includes, but is not limited to, your name, birthday, address, and demographics (i.e., income, buying preferences, and gender). When you elect to use certain other features of the Site, such as making purchases, communicating with other users, or opting-in to other communications (phone, text messages, etc), we may require you to provide additional Personal Information so we can provide such features.

- To Affiliates. Art+Culture does not currently have a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively, “Affiliates”).
